Snow Paint Recipe

We have gotten so much snow this Winter and quite frankly, I have had enough.  Too bad Rosie and Jewel don't feel the same.  The other day when it snowed the girls really wanted to go outside and paint the snow.  That is when this idea hit me, and it was quite brilliant in that it allowed me to stay warm indoors while allowing the girls to scratch their snow play itch.

Rosie and Jewel love to paint the snow, so I knew they would love painting WITH snow.  This snow paint is super simple to make and was tons of fun for the girls to create and explore with.

The snow paint was really vibrant and melted as the girls painted, which created really neat swirling and blending effects

The girls thought is was SO COOL that they were painting with snow.  They painted and painted and had lots of fun exploring the icy cold texture of the paint, too!

Next time it snows why not bring a bit of the white stuff indoors and make some snow paint?  FUN FUN!
