For this sensory bin I used plastic gift grass as the base in red, white, and blue. I then added pom poms, flags, necklaces, glasses, gems, and a few balls- all in the patriotic colors of red,white, and blue.
I made sure to add elements that were appealing to both Rosie and Jewel.
Both girls have had a lot of fun exploring the contents of the sensory bin
They especially loved the texture of the colored grass
It was most fun to play with this bin outside because the grass would shimmer and reflect the sun's rays.
Just a few more days until we get to watch fireworks, and sing Happy birthday to America! For those of you from the United States, I hope you have a fantastic 4th of July!
